RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your Maison Sunny purchase, however we have a returns policy in case you are not 100% happy.
Full price items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase for a refund. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. We are unable to offer you to an exchange at this time, so Maison Sunny suggests that you apply for a refund and re purchase your item. We offer refunds if an item is deemed faulty.
All SALE, DISCOUNT, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, HATS, SUNGLASSES item/s are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
Shipping items
To request refund you must notify us in writing via email at refunds@maisonsunny.com and include the following details:
– Order number
– Return reason
Items must be returned with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.
Please take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

DESCRIPTION
The jacket and cosy hood are lined with soft, 100% cotton material in a charming nautical blue and white stripe.
This coat is designed with a roomy fit for layering, a full-front zipper and Velcro closure. Plus, there are two roomy pockets on the sides for warming cold hands and storing little treasures.
How to Clean
It’s easy! After each use just hang and allow to drip dry in a shady location. For muddy items needing a bit more TLC, pop in the washing machine at a safe temperature of 30 degrees. Do not use the dryer please!

The RAINKOAT range is crafted in the highest quality, so each piece provides value and longevity to the wearer. For instance, we use heat sealed seams (instead of stitched seams), meaning each garment is completely waterproof and highly durable!
SUSTAINABILITY PROMISERainkoat have a goal to continuously work towards reducing our carbon footprint and being as sustainable as possible in our business. Some practices they currently use include eco-friendly packaging and delivery methods (our shipping materials are actually compostable and make yummy worm food). Rainkoat also use swing tags from non-plastic materials and encourage the wearer to be conscious too - by handing down their Rainkoat garment once they have outgrown it. Rainkoat even stitch in a special name label for the original and next owner!
