RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your Maison Sunny purchase, however we have a returns policy in case you are not 100% happy.
Full price items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase for a refund. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. We are unable to offer you to an exchange at this time, so Maison Sunny suggests that you apply for a refund and re purchase your item. We offer refunds if an item is deemed faulty.
All SALE, DISCOUNT, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, HATS, SUNGLASSES item/s are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
Shipping items
To request refund you must notify us in writing via email at refunds@maisonsunny.com and include the following details:
– Order number
– Return reason
Items must be returned with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.
Please take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

Maison Sunny offers Australia wide shipping via Sendle free for Australian orders over $85 and $9.95 for orders under $85. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD$). Orders placed are shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated Delivery Time is 2-4 business days.
N.B Items that are heavy and/or oversized, are subject to extra shipping costs. Extra costs are noted item description.
International Orders
Maison Sunny offers shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post for $18.95. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD$). Orders placed are shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated Delivery Time is 7-14 business days.
Maison Sunny offers shipping to UK and Europe via Australia Post dependant on weight of package. Orders placed are shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated Delivery Time is 10-15 business days.
Maison Sunny offers shipping to Hong Kong and Singapore via Australia Post estimated at $34.95. Dependent on weight also. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD$). Orders placed are shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated Delivery Time is 10-15 business days.

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.
