Recent Visit to Bali Swimwear Manufacturer
I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit Bali during June. On my trip I visited Maison Sunny’s swimwear manufacturer to see the operation in action and to also give back to the community with a visit to Bali Life Foundation who supports underprivileged kids (and some women) to be educated and lead happy and healthy lives.
This visit gave me the opportunity to gain insights into their production processes and evaluate the overall quality of their facilities. I would like to share my experience of the visit, highlighting the exceptional facilities, well-organized processes, and commitment to sustainability. The manufacturer's use of premium recycled Italian Carvico VITA (ECONYL®) fabric and their dedication to fostering a positive working environment will be emphasized.
- Clean and organised facilities were very impressive, reflecting a commitment to quality and efficiency. The production area was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing an optimal environment for manufacturing swimwear. Whilst processes were very manual there was sufficient area and people to complete to manufacture the swimwear.
- Organized and Efficient Processes: Bali Swimwear exhibited exemplary organization and efficiency throughout their production processes. From the initial design stage to the final packaging, each step was meticulously executed. The staff demonstrated expertise and professionalism, ensuring that every swimwear piece adhered to strict quality standards.
- Premium Recycled Italian Carvico VITA (ECONYL®) Fabric: One notable aspect of Bali Swimwear's commitment to sustainability is their use of premium recycled fabric. All the fabric used in their swimwear is imported from Italy and sourced from Italian Carvico VITA (ECONYL®). This fabric is renowned for its high quality and eco-friendly composition, as it is made from recycled nylon waste, including discarded fishing nets and industrial plastic waste. By utilizing such sustainable materials, Bali Swimwear contributes to the reduction of environmental impact.

The staff appeared motivated, and their enthusiasm for their work was palpable. The manufacturer's commitment to fair labor practices, employee well-being, and professional development was apparent, creating a harmonious workplace atmosphere.
Overall being able to visit cemented in my mind the quality supplier we have in Bali Swim.
