RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your Maison Sunny purchase, however we have a returns policy in case you are not 100% happy.
Full price items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase for a refund. Please note that if the period of 30 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. We are unable to offer you to an exchange at this time, so Maison Sunny suggests that you apply for a refund and re purchase your item. We offer refunds if an item is deemed faulty.
All SALE, DISCOUNT, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS, HATS, SUNGLASSES item/s are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
Shipping items
To request refund you must notify us in writing via email at refunds@maisonsunny.com and include the following details:
– Order number
– Return reason
Items must be returned with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns will not be processed for items that have been worn, washed or altered.
Please take care to ensure that the items are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

What is amigurumi?
The word amigurumi is a combination of two Japanese words: “ami”, meaning crocheted or knitted, and “nuigurumi” meaning stuffed doll.
These beautiful stuffed toys can be made in any size but they’re usually small and crocheted in lightweight yarns.
Amigurumi is simply the name given to the little characters, and crochet is the craft most commonly used to make them! Although it's more popular to crochet amigurumi, they can also be knitted.
Our beautiful crochet toys are handmade by women in Sri Lanka providing them independence and a direct fair income for their amazing skills.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Hand wash in a mild, environmentally friendly baby wash liquid in cold water. Do not soak, machine wash or place in dryer. Please note colours may fade after washing.
